This now applies to all titles in the ADA and includes Title I, Title ll, and Title lll employment. 

Title I is designed to help people with disabilities have the same access to employment and benefits. This also ensures that the employer will make any accommodations necessary in order for the employee to perform essential job functions.

Title ll prohibits any discrimination against qualified individuals with disabilities in program, activates and any service of the public. This applies to all states and local governments, and department agencies. 

Title III prohibits private places of public accommodation from discriminating against individuals with disabilities. This title directs businesses to make reasonable modifications to serve people with disabilities.
