He worked with Harry Harlow who was famous for experimenting on baby monkeys and their behaviour.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div><strong>Physiological needs;<br></strong>The need to have food, water, protein etc…<br>Maintain a pH balance and temperature.<br>The need to stay active, to rest, sleep etc…<br><br></div><div><strong>Safety and security;<br></strong>Finding safety, stability and protection.<br>Develop a need for structure and order.<br><br></div><div><strong>Love and belonging</strong></div><div>The need for friends, children and relationships.<br><br></div><div><strong>The esteem needs;<br>2 versions of estee</strong>m needs- lower and higher.</div><div>Lower- the need for respect of others, status, fame, attention etc…</div><div>Higher- the need for self-respect which includes feelings like confidence, achievement, independence and freedom.<br><br></div><div><strong>Self-actualization;</strong></div><div><strong>Being all that you can be.</strong></div><div>Fulfilling your potentials.</div><div>To reach this point your lower needs to be taken care off.</div>]]></description>
