I have worked with Special Needs Children completing in home assessments and connecting them with services in the community. I love being the nurse at South Euless. Thank you for helping to keep everyone well.

* Fever: Fever free for 24 hours. If temperatures is 100 degrees or greater the child must stay home until fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication (Tylenol or Motrin).
* Vomiting - students should remain home until vomiting has stopped and student is consuming a regular diet.
* Diarrhea - students must be diarrhea free for 24 hours without the use of suppressing medications. Diarrhea is defined as 3 or more episodes of loose, watery stool in a 24 hour period.

* Medication Administration form filled out and signed by prescribing doctor
*  Parent signature on same form
* Medication provided in original prescription bottle/box with label
* Ensure medication is not expired
* Pick up leftover medication at the end of the school year (any left will be destroyed per policy)
* A new form must be completed by the doctor and parent every school year
* Parents must bring medication to clinic (do not sent with student)
