This cycle was developed by Graham Gibbs in 1998. It mainly used to encourage people to think systematically about the experiences they had during a specific situation, event or activity.

Rolfes reflective model
Professor Garry Rolfe have describe this frame work in 2001.It is based around three simple questions:  What?, Now What?, So What?. The model was developed specifically for nursing and health care field.

About Induction
It was my childhood dream to work as a manager. For full filling my dream I choose the global health care and management course in one of the most famous college at Britain.
I am very pleasure to share my induction class experiences. I Was eagerly waiting to my first induction class on 17 may 2021. The class was held on zoom application through online. It was very interesting and informative. The first section was conducted by course director Mr.Rob Wilson. He introduces three lectures Mr. Nitish Gaur, Mr.Issac Obeng and Ms.Ogechi Ohademore. In this section make me more interesting because the teacher student and student to student interaction was more in this section. In this class they explain how to access Aula, Future learn and Assignment. In this section Mr. Rob conducted a welcome quiz. This quiz gives a clear picture about the UK and Coventry. Such several activities carried out in this class like break out sessions. It gives an opportunity to interact with my classmates.
The second class of leadership and management held on 24 may2021. This class leads by Ms.Ogechi Ohademore. This class was more interactive she conducted group discussions. In that group discusses about three leadership skills. This group discussion help me to share my ideas with others. After the group discussion one of our team member presented the key points of leadership skills. This was a great experience to participate with Ms.Ogechi.
She also encourages us to completing the short courses. At the end of the course she gives a activity in the padellet wall.
This first 2 weeks of induction gives a source of information’s. It gives a clear view about my class, assignment and course work. The induction classes should improve my learning skills like collaboration with team members, critical thinking, confidence, communication and so on.

Three Leadership skills:

Communication
Communication is an important skill because leader able to communicate clearly and succinctly with their employees for achieving the organizational goals. Communication skills include active listening, conversation, written communications and emotional intelligence.

Team work
Leader should be creator, creativity is necessary for team work. The leader should have ability to collaborate cooperatively with their team members for achieving the goals.

Motivation
Motivation is an essential skill, because the leader should motivate himself and also motivate their team members to achieve their goals. It helps to improve everyone’s performance level.
