Firstly, it is backache. The reason for this problem is the worker sits in the wrong posture because the chair is too high. Besides that, They have to work too long and sit in one place. I think, if this problem is to continue, it will lead to mistakes, poor quality, and low productivity as well as strain fatigue for the worker. So, I suggest that the company should provide chairs large enough for workers and the chairs should have the backrest and footrest. Moreover, the company should have short breaks so the worker can relax and do their exercise.

Secondly, the workers waste time looking for needed materials such as needles or ribbons because they do not have small boxes and boxes without labels. This will affect the productivity of workers when they have to spend time looking for materials. So, each sewing machine table is provided with small boxes for needles, ribbons, buttons, hooks, tags, threads, and other small tools.

Thirdly, I see that our factory is still messy and arranges their working positions unreasonably. I would strongly recommend providing each sewing machine and working table with a rubbish bag so the workers to save time moving around and finding the trash bin.

Firstly, the actual sample do not have the white letter on black label attached 1” below collar stand.

Secondly, the spec sheet require that the neck width from HPS to HPS is 55/8” but in actual sample it is 8” . So, you need to take it in 22/3 ’’.

Next, in the spec sheet, the pocket is in the left of garment with depth 6’’ and width 4’’ in stead of on the right.

Besides, The armhole-straight on the spec sheet is 83/4’’ but in the actual sample is 8’’ . You need to let in down ¾’’.

In the last, In the spec sheet, the cuff opening is 4/4’’ instead of 6’’.

The above are my comments about this sample, the overall sample looks good but I hope the department will make the sample better
