G: I have a few problems with my room

G: first of all, my room is very dark because the bedside light is broken, also I need a sheets change because they're dirty (the ones in the bed are dirty). And  on top of that the trash bin is still full

R: Thank you for bringing the matter to my attention. I´m very sorry about your issues, there seems to have been a problem with the staff in charge. 

G: But there are way too many problems

R: yes, for that same reason is which I apologise. I¨ll see to it straightway. A housekeeper will be sent to your room with clean sheets and will empty the trash. For the bedside light will be changed by an electrician. 

G: But how long will it take? I really need to rest right now… 

R: Just a few minutes, we're already taking care of everything them. If you have any other problem I am at your disposal to help you. And also, we'll be adding a courtesy drink for the trouble caused. 

G: Thanks, have a nice day.

Receptionist: Hi what's your problem What seems to be the problem?

Guest: The room they gave me doesn’t have blankets and doesn’t have there is no toilet paper. and it also doesn’t have I had also booked a room with a view of the sea, and this one doesn't have it.

Receptionist: I understand, I am very sorry for the inconvenience, we are going to make a room change to one with a sea view and  That room also has blankets and toilet paper, so that problem will be sorted. As a compensation for the inconvenience, I can offer you a spa day. Would you like to schedule it now? Do you agree?

Guest: Yes, thanks.

R: I'm so sorry sir, my apologies.  We will load up the mini bar with ice and you will get a free drink.

G: Ok, thanks. The other thing is that there`s no hot water in my shower either, and I want to take 

a shower now. 

R: That sounds terrible. I am really sorry about that.  We will (send a plumber to) fix it up right now, meanwhile we can offer you a full day in the spa for the inconvenient, and you can use our fancy showers too.

G:And the last issue is that there`s too much noise somewhere and it`s really annoying.

R: Thank you for (bringing the matter to my attention) telling us, we will find the noisy guest and tell him to reduce the noise. (Or we can upgrade you to the Buffalo suite. It has an impressive view of the city. We'd love to offer you to stay there as a compensation for the inconveniences.
