I tried to make it fun as well as useful:

1. Spotify playlist and movie recs of what you think best represents this piece on affect theory--- This is an introduction to The Affect Theory Reader, entitled "An Inventory of Shimmers."  Also linked other books in the folder. No need to read them in full syempre!

To give an example of what the list could look like, when I think of affect, I usually think of these scenes from the legendary film Beau Travail [scene 1] [scene 2], where we see bodies completely lost, affected so to speak, by the sensations and relations.  Claire Denis is really good at capturing that--not the individual but the relation itself between the bodies as they move through the scenes. You can be creative though, they can be your favorite songs. And no explanations needed! as long as I could trace the songs and films back to the essay and/or the books haha.  You can also curate paintings related to it if you like! Thanksss
