Family time -I'm saying family time because I don't spend a lot of time with my family. How I will have family time is when I ask my parents if we can play a game or watch a movie.


Give time - I don't usually give time to myself I try to help people before I help myself. So I am going to tell people when I need time to myself and say no.


Self-care - I need to stop and think about what I need to do for myself.
