         <description><![CDATA[<p>Here are some of the most important cinematographer skills:</p><ul><li>Some of the said skills needed to develop for this job include having an eye for artistic photography (this means being able frame and compose shots that contain meaning).</li><li>It is also essential to know all of the basic techniques and terms of photography. This means being able to adjust lighting, being able to distinguish between lenses, knowing exposure and appreture.</li><li>This also means that a competent mastery of film specific camera techniques and skills.          <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><span style="font-size: 13px;">- Storyboarding and being able to pre-visualising the film is also very important in this role. For this, teamwork skills is needed to make this process work properly as a lot of communication will be needed across the team and with the director as communication about what the end product should look like should be discussed first before making any final decisions alone.</span><br></li><li>Having the adaptability to solve problems on short notice is also of importance. Problems of weather, equipment malfunctions,budget limitations and artistic changes would often pop up during filming. Being able to make use of quick decision making is a skill that would work well in this career if developed.</li></ul><p>   ▪Being able to cope with the technological advancements in film is also very important▪Being able to manage budget, and lead staff to help achieve the desired shot is also something that will have to be done.</p><a href="http://nofilmschool.com/2014/07/what-does-it-mean-to-be-cinematographer-video">http://nofilmschool.com/2014/07/what-does-it-mean-to-be-cinematographer-video</a>]]></description>
