In 5th grade people I used to call my friends started to pick on another kid in our class. I knew that the kid being bullied was going through some rough stuff at home at the time. Also I was raised to be nice to everyone so I knew what they were doing was wrong. I was never involved when they would pick on the other kid but I never told them to stop either. Slowly the bullies were getting the whole class, except a few kids, to bully this kid. I finally told my mom and she went my teacher and the bullying stopped. Even though the bullying stopped they probably remembered it for a long time and probably gave them a different outlook in life.
