For the final quote, i think this quote means the types of people you'll encounter when going on the journey of life generally the most dangerous, the people who want to change EVERYTHING, and the people who want to change nothing. Meaning the people who want to change everything and anything to change that one simple factor or thing in life, meanwhile the people who want nothing will do nothing.
