I was born in Ohio and graduated with a degree in Accounting in 1994. After several years of being an accountant, I went back to school to get my Masters in Education so I could become a teacher. In 2000, I moved down to the Carolinas to begin living out my dream. I taught 5 years in CMS as a 4th and 6th grade teacher before moving to Fort Mill in 2006. I taught 3rd grade at FMES for 4 years. I have spent the last 15 years here at PKES teaching 2,3,4 and 5th grades.

I am married to my husband Ian, and I have 1 son named Jack who will be a junior this year at NAFO. He is very involved with the marching band and track so if you hear your kids talking about band, shot put or discus, that is why. We also have a cat named Cloney, and a dog named Ace.
