In order to load your codes to eclipse do the following:

1) Extract the zip files

2) Start Eclipse

3) Go to File and then Import

4) Select the General Option and there will be an Option Saying Existing Projects into Workspace

5) Finally Click the Browse option and locate your project folder and you should be all set.
