         <description><![CDATA[<p>Why is fast food bad for you?</p><p>Fast food is bad for you because it raises risk for children of allergies and asthma. Another risk would be weight gain and obesity. Fast food is loaded with sodium which is not good for you. Fast food also increases your blood pressure and gives you a chance of a stroke. Fast food isn't to bad for you as long as you don't eat it a lot and make it a habit.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>How many calories do I have to burn to get rid of a pound of fat?</p><p>It takes about 3500 calories to equal one pound of fat. You would have to take in 3500 fewer calories than you would usually take in to lose one pound in a period of time.&nbsp;After you stopped exercising for about two hours your body burns and increased number of calories. You would need to build muscle while you burn the calories, since muscle is what burns fat. You have to have a balance in what you eat and what you drink, in the way you&nbsp;carry out your daily activities.&nbsp;</p>]]></description>

The danger of this disease are loss of limbs and in extreme cases death. When the bodies cells fail to respond properly to insulin, this causes sugar build up in the blood stream. Which can cause blindness and nerve damage which could cause extreme pain.</p>]]></description>

Athletes should get enough rest before activity and icing muscles along with elevation can help to prevent injury in athletes. Athletes when injured even slightly should go to the doctor to prevent an even bugger problem and if injured should go to prehabilitation.</p>]]></description>

Another way to prevent it&nbsp;would be to not smoke.&nbsp; Also, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Finally, maintain a healthy weight and diet.</p>]]></description>
