Actions taken have to be equitable by design. When providing your ideas and inputs on the guardrails, consider how they can be applied to the strategies in the following climate sectors:

  • Waste 
  • Water 
  • Carbon Sequestration 
  • Consumptive Emissions (direct and lifecycle GHG emissions of goods and services)
  • Agriculture

You should also include a process improvement process - who is the responsible stakeholder for making updates and making correctional actions to the roadmap?

The comparison to CEQA is a good one. The strongest approach is to center (prioritize) equity in the entire project.
