Not effective= It was never really "purposeful"- we knew what we wanted to plan, but we always ran out of time because we spent a lot of the time looking up ideas instead of actually bringing up ideas and choosing which one was best/ building off each other's ideas. We also didn't really reference our Lead4ward documents/ map as much as we should've
Small group instruction= towards STAAR we kind of planned the same thing, but day to day small group instruction we did individually. 
We did NOT bring student samples in hardly ever. I would maybe reference past weeks assignments or the DA's when we met, but we never actually brought student work into our planning.

Sandra made us more disciplined and purposeful :)
Obstacles: We planned whole group well, and came prepared but small group wasn't always discussed and we were disjointed. Effective: We were able to look at our curriculum map and use what worked and what didn't.
Small group: I planned with Banuelos and we flexed group for small group instruction.
