Behavioral Theory was influenced by Burrhus Frederic Skinner, better known as B. F. Skinner. Behavior is shaped by positive and negative actions. It can be even better with rewards because we think about the positive reactions that guide our actions and the way we do things making us feel good. I feel with the mindset of getting a reward would make me want to be positive and change the way I acted.

Growing in all the aspects making sure my Growth and deficiency needs are met every day. It could be met by eating a healthy breakfast, exercising, reading or playing outside with the kids building our behavior to be the best we can everyday feeling the love of one another. Me having a positive and good attitude, or behavior lets the kids know my needs are met and hopefully their needs are met also by following my footsteps to have a good day .
