Coming out with a new design each month, the Lokai company must be making thousands of dollars from their $18 bracelets. However, even through the different designs, all of the bracelets have the white and black beads on them. The white bead contains water from Mount Everest, which signifies that "highest" moments in someone's life. Those who wear the bracket can look at this bead and automatically recall those special moments and be proud of them. However, the black bead signifies the exact opposite- the darkest and lowest moments in someone's life. Containing dirt from the Dead Sea, this bracelet allows a person to remember those times that they weren't proud of and learn from them as they continue to wear this bracelet everyday. I, myself, enjoy wearing these bracelets everyday for they are stylish, comfortable, and go with everything. Even though each new bracelet causes an uproar in the fashion department, the Lokai bracelets go by fast and are not available forever. The website only makes these bracelets available for a short amount of time, for the company wishes to spread their profit to other needy organizations as well. So far that company has given generous donations to Make a Wish Foundation and the Alzheimer's Association as well. Many people throughout the country, including myself, follow the Lokai company on social media to continuously see new products for sale and witness the results that our own money has given people in need. For instance, the recent rainbow design for Make a Wish has given a young boy a chance to meet his hero, Cam Newton. I'm sure that each and every follower of Lokai on Instagram has had their heart touched by this amazing story. Just knowing that with a small donation you can help someone live their dream is the best feeling in the world, and on top of that you get a stylish, new bracelet. At the end of every month I anticipate the arrival of a new Lokai design for it is my favorite trend setter right now. I also enjoy giving a small donation that eventually forms a huge donation for a great cause, whether that be to end an issue, find a cure for a disease, or grant someone their lifelong wish.
