Apps tend to have a shorter memory than the web, it is most likely your shopping will time out on a mobile app than it will on the web. It is also most likely that your basket will disappear as quickly on a mobile app compared to the web.
2. Business needs to pay more to keep their apps on app stores such as google play store, huwawei store and apple app store.
3. Websites dont need to be installed, however mobile apps do, which consume storage space.
4. Frequent updates and maintenance work.
5. Extra marketing to get the mobile application out to the public eye. 
6. People without smartphones cant access the app, which leaves a hole in the target market

2). There is more room for error when purchasing an item online compared to instore purchasing. E.g. wrong sizes.

3). You have to deal with the hassle of returning a certain product back if it doesn't work or doesn't fit unlike if you are at a store where you can simply put it back and find another item.

4). There is a potential for more misleading products that look good but are quite different when they arrive. This would be negated if you went physically shopping as you could see the products/items in person.

5). Environmental impact - when you purchase online the item purchased has to be delivered by vehicles which could be by plane or by van or both. As a result, that has a negative effect on the environment as it requires fuel to travel long distance. Plus it has to deliver other peoples parcels as well.

6).
