The definition of tranquil is to be free from disturbance; calm. The last time I felt tranquil was a few weeks ago. Me and y family were bored during quarantine so we decided to do something fun like planting succulents and painting rocks to decorate our house. I felt really tranquil while planting them because it was stress reliving and I was really in the moment. I wasn't thinking about anything else and I was so calm and relaxed. It felt good since e were sitting outside, I could feel the breeze and the sun shining on me. To sustain this positive feeling I planted two succulents more and painted a rock. If you are feeling this emotion your body will be very loose and relaxed and you might be smiling.

Appreciative means feeling or showing gratitude or pleasure. The last time I can remember when I felt appreciative was about a week ago. My brother was suddenly put in the hospital for about five days for a collapsed lung. He had to be in there all alone since he just turned 18 so we couldn't visit him at all. We were all scared and missed him a lot. When he finally came home I was so appreciative. I realized I took him for granted. I was appreciative for many reasons, for my health, for my family, and obviously for my brother. I was so happy and so thankful for these reasons. I didn't really do anything to sustain this feeling but I should try to be more appreciative of stuff all of the time. It shouldn't take me experiences like this to be appreciative, I need to realize stuff around me and be thankful and appreciative for it. If you are feeling this you will be smiling and happy, if you are super appreciative you can even be crying of happiness.

The definition of blissful is extremely happy; full of joy. The last time I felt blissful was Fourth of July. On Fourth of July, Chris and some of my family came over. We went swimming, played some board games, ate, and obviously did fireworks. It was really nice to spend a day doing fun things with people I love. It was really fun to watch fireworks because we were all together outside sitting on the grass while my dad and my cousins were lighting the fireworks. It was really nice because everyone was together and having fun, which is rare during these corona times. I just felt really happy and thankful to have that day. To sustain the feeling I just stayed positive and didn't let little things ruin my mood. If a person is blissful they are probably laughing and smiling and just having a good time.

To be rejuvenated means to make (someone or something) look or feel younger, fresher, or more lively. I felt really rejuvenated a few days ago. I recently started to work out again. I started in the beginning of quarantine but I gave up. To work out I follow an online schedule where it tells you which workout videos on youtube to watch on what day. They typically last from like 20 mins to 50 mins a day. Even though they are hard and challenge me I still love the feeling I get after working out. After working out I feel rejuvenated because I'm being active which makes me feel good about myself. I feel more fresh and more lively, it motivates me to want to do more and be more active instead of just sitting around. I feel like a new person after a good workout. To keep this feeling lasting I continue to do workouts almost everyday even when I'm not in the mood to. Someone who is rejuvenated might be active and have a healthy glow.

The definition of proud is feeling deep pleasure or satisfaction as a result of one's own achievements, qualities, or possessions or those of someone with whom one is closely associated. A time I felt proud was a few days ago. This might sound kind of dumb but the reason I was proud was because I parallel parked. My grandpa was over for dinner and I needed to get gas for my car. He volunteered to go with me because if I am driving I have to have an adult in the car, since I only have my permit. We went to the gas station but when we came back I noticed that the only open space I could park in was in between two cars. I told my grandpa I could just park on the other side of the road but he said just park here. He helped me and guided me through it, and I parked perfectly. I was really proud because I have never parallel parked before. I was especially proud though because usually I'm not good at reversing but I did it perfectly. I felt really accomplished and motivated since I did it on my first try. To sustain the feeling I told my parents when we got inside the house. A person who is proud is probably smiling and sharing their accomplishment with others.

People would cough or sneeze and we would be like "corona" and all laugh. Then one day in March things began to get more serious. Covid was spreading to America and LAUSD closed schools for two weeks and started online learning. Everyone was so happy and excited to get this "early spring break". Slowly over time the two week break was getting extended further and further. Stay at home order was introduced and all non-essential buisnesses were being closed. All over the media we would see #stayathome, or more reports of new cases and new deaths. Things really started to get serious as masks we beggining to be required and cases were rising. My mom wouldn't let us go out or let anyone come over.

One thing that helped me through this process was Mrs. Bakers class. Even though at times I didn't really want to go or do my work that class actually really helped. It was something that I could rely on during covid when everything was changing. I knew every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I could join the live and talk to my friends and just see familiar faces. Something that also helped a lot was FaceTime, I got to stay in touch with people and see them even if it wasn't in person. Another thing that helped was my mom. I feel like our bond got much stronger and I grew an appreciation for her.

Getting through his experience changed my life forever. First of all, it helped me prepare for next school year since it is going to be online again. This also really changed my life because I learned to not take things for granted. This experience made me thankful for my health, my family, and my friends. Even though this was hard to get used to I am glad it happened. It made me a stronger person, if I could get through this I could get through anything.

Throughout this class I have learned so much about myself and about the world around me. Something I learned about myself that I didn't know before is that I can identify my emotions very well. I'm really good at identifying my feelings and why I am feeling like that. I am really in touch with my emotions. This will help me so much in life because I can realize why I am feeling certain ways. because I also learned that I need to be more self aware. I am aware of my emotions and can identify them when I am asked. However, even though I have this skill I don't use it very often. I feel like in my life I am constantly working towards a goal and once I get there I move on to the next goal. This is a problem to me because I never really take time to process and reflect my achievements and struggles. I learned from this class to focus on the current moment instead of constantly thinking about the future. Learning this will help me throughout my whole life because if i'm only thinking about the future I will never be living in the moment. I won't process my current feelings which will then later on lead me to always be thinking about the past. Lastly I learned the importance of being compassionate and doing things out of love. I should't be so quick to judgement but instead try to see things from others perspectives.

I would say my transformation in this class was like a blind person getting glasses and being able to see for the first time. Before I took this class I really didn't feel the need to improve any areas in my life. Once I started learning about everything it's like my eyes were opened. I was blind to so many bad habits I had. Just like a blind person, they don't know what they were missing until they can finally see. This class really opened my eyes and helped me see my problems and ways I can improve for myself and for the people around me.
