The park was a project realized by old major Virgílio Galassi,that would possess a forest reserve,a zoo,a stadium and a playground. The park possess an area of 1.8 milion meters squares and a woodland with 350 thounsand meters squares. The park arrives to receive 10 thounsand visitors in one day; this number increases on saturdays and mondays arriving in 25 thounsand visitors.

 The park has several attractions like: a hiking trail of 5.100 meters of extention,seven camps of football with diferent measures,five sports courts,a playground,and others installations. Besides having several events. There also present the reservior.
