To me, this row of microphones represents free speech. They aren't the same style, and only one is in focus, showing how unremarkable the collection is. There are many, which one would you like to use? This gives me the idea that wherever these microphones are, is a place where anyone can record or broadcast whatever message they wish to. To me, this is free speech.

To me, free speech can consist of just your body. The way someone dresses, talks, or acts. Nobody should control how someone acts unless they are committing a hate crime, nobody should control what someone wears unless they are putting themselves at risk, Nobody should control how another person talks just because they don't agree with it.

To me freedom of speech is more than just one thing. It would be hard to describe in only one sentence. The microphone shows that. The text inside shows that there are many components to freedom of speech. To me this microphone gives people the option to say what freedom of speech means out loud, loud enough for everyone to hear. Freedom of speech isn't just one thing only. That's what freedom of speech means to me.

For me, the freedom of speech is painting and any form of art such as drawing, sketching, and ceramics. They are not all in the same art style, or use the same materials to be created yet they all send out a different message from the creator. There are so many varieties of art that one could use to make a message to give out to the world through the use of a paintbrush and a couple of watercolor. Or even other materials and platforms of art. The point is, art is a form of freedom of speech due to the fact that anyone can decide to make a message through an art piece.

This megaphone represents free speech to me. The megaphone represents an object used to be heard and I think when it comes to the term free speech, everyone deserves to be heard, loud and clear. Anyone who has a megaphone is either center of attention or the main idea. An when you're speaking freely with no limits or setbacks, then you're the center of attention and is being heard loud and clear.

To me, this picture represents freedom of speech. By showing us that we all have different ways of looking at problems or they're trying to fix their own problems. The society either chooses not to speak their mind when they're given a chance too or they're just not given a chance to speak at all.

To me, Trump is a perfect example of free speech. If you watch his speeches he says some very questionable things and makes some very interesting remarks. He does receive backlash but it doesn't matter because that's just what freedom of speech is.

When I hear freedom of speech, I think of a spotlight. When it's on you, you are listened to and acknowledged. However, depending on what you say, you can get the spotlight taken from you and you'll be silenced.

To me, It must come first because our right to speak freely is a prerequisite for all of our other freedom and for living in a free society. Without freedom of speech, there is no preacher in the pulpit, no defense at a trial. Without freedom of speech, we cannot cast our vote or call our representatives.

Freedom of speech is the ability to say or wear whatever you want without being persecuted for your opinions. Sometimes freedom of speech can be inhibited depending on the environment. For example, at school or on school grounds. In these areas expression of drugs, alcohol, guns, violence, profanity, or nudity is not allowed. It's like that with certain occupations as well, they want you to have a certain look or mannerisms that differ from our own.

to me, freedom of speech is an auditorium because I feel like that's where people go to speak up and talk about problems or things they want to talk about also conference rooms and stages are places where people go to listen because I feel like a lot of the time what happens is when you go somewhere where it's not you're group of people and no one listens or cares that's why you go to big public events for people to hear you and/or your idea.

To me I picked Maya Angelou because she is a very famous poet and and a civil rights activist. I feel as she has a lot of memorable moments where she speaks about freedom of speech and she gives farious speeches and she is a very famous author so I feel like when she speaks she gives a lot of knowledge to other people and she is a great writer shes very wise so when looking at her you can tell that she is a very smart woman. I chose Abel because the way, he expresses his emotions and past in the music he creates for many to enjoy and how he applies small, relatable stories as well how he has faced them and the dark way to overcome them and how it affected it him.
