• I go to gym but not often, since I get lazy when I don't have someone to go with, and it makes me paranoid when people stare at me because my form is bad.

• I have a love-hate relationship with traveling. I don't really travel a lot since my parents are busy most of the time. You get to see different things you don't normally see here in the Philippines and that's cool, but the fact that you have to wake up early just to travel from one place to another is something I despise.

• I am 5'1. Being short is my number one insecurity.

These media cure my sadness, these are part of what keeps me going in life. Even if life can sometimes bring you down, at least there's something that can brighten up the mood a little.

2.How are these media influencing or affecting me? (my lifestyle, aspirations, attitudes, behavior). Is this healthy? If yes, how come? If not, what steps should you take to change it? 

I learned from social media just by scrolling, and this keep me educated. Some parts of social media are not healthy. Scrolling all day takes away your time to be productive.
