         <title>My Goal</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My goal as previously stated is to lose ten pounds by the end of the school year. I will accomplish this by working out an hour after school daily, and riding my bike for thirty minutes every other day. I recently switched to packing lunch, and this will help me accomplish this goal, because I will eat less calories at lunch per day. This goal will make me happy, because I love marching band, and I want to get in shape before summer, so I have the physical capability to march for extended periods of time without getting tired. I will weigh myself every other week, and hope to lose about 2 1/2 pounds every 2 weeks.</div>]]></description>
