Here is how to do it. First, you need to figure out what place value to round in. next you underline that number in the correct place. Next, you circle the digit behind it. Here is an example. (4.670 underline the six and circle the seven). Then, if your circled digit is 5 or more, raise the score, and if it is 5 or less, let it rest. Mine is larger that five, so I am going to change my 6 to a 7. ( 4.7) As you can see in my example, you do not need t add your zeroes, and that everything in front of it stays the same.
