         <description><![CDATA[<div>Inclusion needs to be celebrating children's differences and those with SEND should not be separated form other learners or be assigned to a TA constantly as they need teacher input being that we are the most skilled adult in the&nbsp;room. They also need to be independent at times. There needs to be an mix of teacher/TA and independent learning. Teachers need to adapt there teaching to support the needs of the pupils. For example larger print of widgets alongside a text. </div>]]></description>
