         <description><![CDATA[<div>Use the RICE method.<br>R- Rest. Make sure you get lots of it. Its very important for soft tissue injuries. Don't move or or straighten injured area .<br>I- Immobilize the injured body part in he position it is found.<br>C- Cold. Ice should be applied periodically for 10-20 mins at a time. To avoid problems apply fabric between the ice and skin. <br>E- Elevation. The injury should be elevated as this may reduce the swelling. </div>]]></description>
