Address Pain: About the workload - should I take care of the student all the time? Not interested in the program. Limits in receiving students - unable to accept in summer months / Only being able to accept in summer.
>> Solutions: (Daniel) Students can do work! Less work for tutors. (Hande) Assistants can take care of exchange students as well.
(Hanseul) Make them interested by using SCOPE/RE profile book and Tutor flyers. More than 80 active NMOs - We will be able to find some NMO that meets our conditions.

Prove Gain:
(Hande) If they have incomings, they can improve English and promote their research internationally. If the tutors accept incomings, students can experience other countries/ researches. Professors can promote their facilities to students.
(Daniel) Having international students in the project helps the tutor gain recognition from university/ external partners. If they have research project, other professors would be envious. Presentations.

Use IFMSA materials. To show how SCOPE/SCORE is the best.

Deans doesn't know anything about the program/LC activation :

Use SCOPE activation process, and start by preparing the ground and all the goals to achieve
Try to organise some meetings with the Deans with Local Team, invite NEOs/NOREs and other LEOs/LOREs from already activated LC sharing their experience
Use documents from LEO folder and NEO folder such as Endorsement letters to show the importance of it
Try to use other exchange program to activate more
Prepare a trial period where we present, create a beta version of it and see the results showing the impact
Use tutors to do some testimonies about their experience with exchange student after the trial period

What can this organization do for us -> Helping us with local endorsement letters so we can help implement the exchanges in hospitals.

What they want from us -> Maybe a kind of outcome/presentation about how the exchange is in the department?

analyse the aspects about spot limitation and find some solutions
if the problem is due to tutors, you can ask for their help to develop the program
showing the impact of incomings student and the way they can be valuable for hospitals

Meetings with Deans with some externals (NEOs/LEOs) and some LCs having recognition already (if applicable)
Promotional materials showing Educational Activities done in other countries, and all the quality of their exchanges
Endorsement letters showing the support from big entities
Work on Academic Quality and use and explain all the handbooks and booklets showing the new skills learned
Use testimonies from Tutors and students showing how it make students grow
Being transparent on Outgoing Selection and Incoming distribution showing the whole work behind exchanges
Precise criteria, precise organisation and involvement of members
Showing Dean their importance and impact in the whole process and the way they can help us developing the program
