We hebben een lijst gemaaktet dingen die er moeten gebeuren waarin we zelf keuzes konden maken.
De rest van de week ben ik met Richard op klus geweest om een keuken in te bouwen.

Van Roelf mocht ik een klus aan nemen van mijn huisgenoot. Hij wilde een verhoging op zijn bureau.

Het was voornamelijk verf werk en het leggen van een vloer.
Ook heb ik geholpen bij het plaatsen van een balie. Hiervoor moest er een blad komen wat ik met de boven frees heb bewerkt.
Verder ben ik veel bezig geweest met de ontwerpen voor een tv meubel. Deze week zijn we naar een klant geweest voor een ontwerp voor zijn TV. Ook heb ik steeds meer de leiding gekregen in het maken van een tuin tafel.
Verder heb ik geleerd over de soorten lak die wij gebruiken binnen het bedrijf.
De ontwerpen voor het TV meubel zijn af en staan in een PDF. Ik merkte dat dit erg negatief was wat ik best vervelend vond aangezien alles goed leek te gaan. 
Belangrijkste aandachts punten zijn mijn werk tempo, opruimen en de start van de dag.
Vorige week heb ik een opdracht gekregen om een tuintafel te bouwen. Die heb ik deze week afgemaakt. 
Verder hebben we 3 tafelbladen gereed gemaakt waarvan er 1 helaas weer opnieuw gedaan moest worden. Ik heb geleerd met houtskool lak te werken. Eerst hebben we de tafels uitgezaagd en daarna met de boven frees mooi in vorm gemaakt. Ook hebben we veel in de werkplaats opgeruimd en georganiseerd.

Aanmezelf merkte ik dat ik wat vermoeider en een beetje ongemotiveerd was. Toch hebben we veel gedaan!
- We hebben voorbereidend werk gedaan voor restaurant tafels. Herlijsten geschuurd en gelakt.
- Ik ben steeds meer 3D tekeningen aan het maken voor Roelf. Deze gaan dorect door naar de klanten
- ik heb een materiaal lijst gemaakt voor mijn eigen TV meubel ontwerp
- We hebben geleerd welke soorten afwerkingen er zijn. We hebben houtskool lak, naturel lak en Aging lak toegepast. Dit verliep erg soepel. Toen ik terug kwam ben ik aan de slag gegaan met Marcel. Hij maakt de boxen voor mijn ontworpen tv meubel. We hebben na gedacht over een manier waarop het speaker doek word gemonteerd.

We merkten allemaal dat Egbert en ik goed waren ingewerkt. De meeste taken hadden minder uitleg nodig en alles verliep soepel en snel.
De laatste opdracht was het bouwen van een hek voor een klant thuis. Dit heb ik samen met roelf afgerond. Allebei wilde we wat te snel werken, hierdoor ontstonden er veel onhandige foutjes... Weer een leer moment!

Daarnaast hebben we veel geschuurd en gelakt voor wat opdrachten op locatie.
Ook hebben we een losse veer en groef verbinding gemaakt met de frees. Helaas heb ik maar 2 halve dagen mee kunnem draaien. Ik merkte dat ik dit erg lastig vond om aan te geven en mij heel verantwoordelijk voelde voor de projecten.
De dagen dat ik er was ben ik bezig geweest met het voorbereiden van de speakerdoek samples. 
Ook ben ik aan de gang gegaan met wandpanelen voor een klant. Omdat ik vaak twijfel werk ik minder snel en kost het ook veel tijd van andere om mijn werk te controleren terwijl het vaak goed is.

Daarnaast moet ik er voor zorgen dat ik wat beter i n een werkend ritme zit. Het opstarten duurt vaak lang en ik kom vaak moe aan op stage. Ik geloof dat dit vanzelf veranderd als ik het meer ga zien als werk omdat ik dan meer verantwoordelijkheid draag.


Goeie punten vanuit Roelf waren;

  • Machine handeling

  • Teken skills

  • sociale vaardigheden (binnen bedrijf en tegenover klanten)

Verder is hij overal erg tevreden over mijn bijdrage en betrokkenheid binnen het bedrijf.
