I think that I found beliefs values and education  to connect to Persepolis the most because of Marjanes talks with god that we see and we see how she thinks of herself as a prophet. Her beliefs, values, and education reflect her actions too. She educated herself on what’s going on in the world and decides to fight as well.

So when Marjane expressed her desire to become a prophet, she was criticized for her "modern" views. On page 6, the adults questioned Marjane dreamed profession because she was a woman.
