This reminds me to look up and experience the world beyond my phone screen. It made me pause and think, how often do we trade real-life moments for digital ones? There’s always a need for validation from what we wear, eat and how we should look. Yes these devices have their side effects but they can be utilised for good, few times on these devices to help get informed and educated but not influenced. it’s funny how that video asked us to look up and not use our phones much however our learning (including this activity) required us to use our devices. No matter how hard we try, technology is not something we can give up or even reduce the usage
