I find inspiration in learning about other people's trajectories, lives, specially when they are navigating on adverse situations, how they managed to resist, to shape their lives. The movie I'm still here is a good example, but also in-person talks are a great inspiration

Inspiration v. Process v. Inspirational Piece

In reflecting on my own experiences, in listening to other people's experiences, in creating art, writing, reading, in being in nature and learning from nature, in nurturing my intuition, in looking at the night sky and realising how small we all are. I think it really starts with humility and releasing all judgement.

Bird watching, observing how plants grow and develop

I find it calming to sit in a cafe, outside at a more busy street or intersection and watch life happening and let my thoughts flow along - second, sports in the nature (cycling). Especially when cycling I encounter persons from very different backgrounds and conversations come up easily, this I find often inspiring (because then conversations happen outside of academic settings).
