         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. My passing in ultimate frisbee would be a strength as i have an accurate back hand throw. The accuracy comes from my ability to determine where the player will run to so i can put it into the open space for them to run onto. This helps the recieving player so they dont have to brake stride allowing for a clean catch and momentum that they need to jump for it. From the data we can see that i have a high number of complete passes, this suggests that idont give away possesion regulary, this will help to gain territory on the pitch leading to points being scored. With passing the number of assists i have got a high number according to the score line within the game. This suggests that the percentages of the passes that i made were not around the back of the park but foward moving down the field.<br>2.My catching was another strength as i have a high number of catches complete. This retains possesion and does not turn over the frisbee through sloppy unforced errors. From the data we can #see i have no account of incomplete catches therefore i have a 100% catch completion. Also from the video we can see that i was challendged whilst in the air giving added pressure within the catch area. The different typres of catch helped my in difficult circumstances as i used the chop catch, backhand and forehand to be able to catch it in difficult areas were some people may not be able to get it.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. My weakness in ultimate frisbee would be my defencive positioning. I get caught out of position when players make runs behind me as it is hard to stay infront  of the man but keeping close enough to be able to bloke or intercept the Frisbee. The ability I need to improve this is to use a second sence to be able to track the player making the run without having to look behind me. Using my periferal vision allows me to track the player behind me. This then allows me to track the thrower distributing the frisbee so I can see the flight that the frisbee will take so it makes it easier for me to process where the frisbee will end up. The data also shows that I only have 1 interception and also have an unsuccessful block allowing them to score. <br>2.  My second weakness in ultimate frisbee would also be movement off the frisbee. My role within the team would majority be distributing the frisbee around the park, however to be able to do this I need to get into the correct positions by beating players around the park to be able to receive the frisbee to be able to then give the next pass for an assist. From the data I can see through the last 2 games I was able to beat just 4 players when being marks correctly. From the data we can see that I either need to be able to find space where nobody is to start with or be able to step a player, get infront  of them and be able to the passer an easier pass they won't lead to give ping away posession</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>2.  For my imcomplete passes my aim is to improve my passing from 7/10 to 9/10.  I feel that this is a possible goal as to make my score go up by one rating I need to get my percentage to above 85%. Making my passes to my team mates will keep posesion leading to more points or chances to score. One team mate will simpilary run down nthe pitch changing directions and i have to exicute a accurate pass on the run  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. I will be working by 5 sets with a 2 minute rest inbetween twice a week for a month. This is an appropriate number of working time as i will onlu be required to move sharply when the frisbee has travelled in my direction. Being able to successfully track the player will help within the games as the distance between me and the opposition will be shorts, this can lead to high interections, marking and blocks improving my all round defence game. the 5 sets will allow overload and make the later sets harder from fatigue. From the Ringlemann theory we can see that some players would start to slack when they are not near the frisbee or in the main lime light of the game, however my drill would teach me to stay consistanmt through the full time of the game to not let players get away. I am therefore working on the cohesion of the team as i would be pulling some of the weight for the team and my other team mates would therfore follow leading to a better overall team performance. Therefore I will have a higher level of confidence within my team when in defence against the opposition<br>2. Within this drill i will working within a 5 minute times period as the level of exercise isnt high, however the level of skill required is high putting in mental fatigue as i will be recored to see how many psses are completed. I will then take this data and calculate my overall percentage for the drill. I will comne back each week for 2 months to improve on the percentage i threw last week. . the repetition and achievable goal will also improve my confidence and self-efficacy as I will be experienced and go through the actions of me performing the skill which links to performance accomplishment. Therefore I will have a higher level of confidence when attempting it with opposition in the way and having to pass to a moving player.  </div>]]></description>
