For this lesson I created a Thinglink that has information on the Impasto painting technique.  The students are able to watch a brief intro video with information about what the term means as well as a video detailing how to use the technique.  Examples of paintings from famous artists that use the Impasto technique are provided as well. I used InsertLearning to add to a lesson about Pop Art. I created a Tic Tac Toe Choice Board for a lesson on Expressionism.  The students will choose three of the squares to complete but they must use the center square to make tic tac toe.  The variety of tasks appeal to all nine of the Multiple Intelligences and will allow students of all intelligences to be successful with the assessments.  There are opportunities for the students to use various online tools/ resources allowing for differentiation in the way students learn best.
