         <description><![CDATA[<p>Capacity is designed to protect and empower people who may lack the mental capacity to make their own decisions about their care and treatment. It applies to people aged 16 and over. For example in dentistry this may apply to someone when they doesnt have full controll over decisions they have to make this could be when an individual may have something as such as dementia.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

The general dental council put this act in place so that if the practitioner suspects a child may be being mistreated they can report the issue and measures will be put into place to resolve this, the best interests for the child must be always put first.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The prevent duty was put into place in 2015 to stop people from becoming terrorists or supporting terrorism this ensures that everyone is safe in your workplace and to prevent the terrorism rate from multiplying. </p><p>The British values provide a foundation for a harmonious workplace some examples for this is, Accountability and leadership, meetings of the team and giving fair feedback each one of these British values when played out in the workplace will ensure everybody is treated equally and fairly. </p>]]></description>
