         <description><![CDATA[<p>In my opinion the common causes of teens stress are relationships, peer pressure, body shaming, academic pressure and bullying. I think the most common cause among Portuguese teens is bullying because lots of teenagers suffer from bullying in Portugal.</p><p>To help solving the problem we should report to the teachers and parents because they are the best people to deal with the problem and they have enough power to call the attention of the authorities, if needed.</p><p>To deal with the stress triggers we should use relation techniques or meditation because this helps to concentrate and avoid stress.</p><p>In conclusion, mental health is very important to everyone.</p><p>Uriel</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Maintaining a good mental health isn't always that easy. Some of the main stress triggers are academic pressure, relationships, anxiety and body shaming. But we don't have to fight against it all by ourselves, we can always talk to a good friend and ask for help. If they are truthful and care about us, they'll help us without thinking twice. They give us support, advice, solutions and will always listen.</p><p>We can cry, freak out and so on, but we also need have a break from everything and everyone that bothers us, and we can do it by hanging out with friends, working out, reading, sleeping or going to a calm place with fresh air. There are also psychologists we can visit and talk to. We don't need to be alone in this battle.          <description><![CDATA[<p>From my perspective, teenagers tend to generate stress due to school pressure or the relationship they have with their family. Friends can help advise or support, but unfortunately not all "friends" want to help us, so I recommend a psychologist, in addition to the psychologist being confidential, also as a professional, can help the teenager with stress and anxiety triggers, such as relaxation techniques.</p><p><br/></p><p>-Beatriz Lima-</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Mental health is very important especially in a teens life! </p><p>Teens nowadays tend to feel a lot of stress by multiple things such as, academic pressure, body shaming, Anxiety and relationships. These in my opinion are the most common, almost every teen has anxiety, and suffers body shaming do to what they see and hear from social media.</p><p>But since there’s a solution for everything, there’s also a solution for this!</p><p>If your suffering from this, or anything else actually, you should always have a friend that you can count on, that you feel comfortable talking your situation to, a friend that will just listen to you and won’t judge. And if you don’t have one friend or a relative like that, that’s fine you can always count with yourself.</p><p>There’s a lot of stuf you can do to help or prevent these events like working out, sticking to routines, hanging out with friends, read, and sometimes just being alone in a calming place just listening to nature and what the world give us. </p><p><br/></p><p>Francisca </p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In my opinion, the stress level of teenagers increases with responsibility.</p><p>As we grow, responsibility increases, which can make changes to relationships with parents, family and friends.</p><p>Stress levels can often lead to anxiety attacks, panic and even depression due to situations that occur at school.</p><p>Friends can and should help to give advice, support and courage.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Being a teenager is realy hard, we have to deal constantly with academic pressure, and we probably don't know how to deal with that.</p><p>Sometimes we are the ones who put stress on ourselves, because we want to be perfect in everything, and that's quite impossible; but most of the time we're stressed about the tests, homeworks, family relationships and body shaming.</p><p>I think our friends can help us sharing experiences and discussing common difficulties, so that we can find solutions to academic challenges together.</p><p>It's always good to have someone to listen to us, and who will understand us perfectly.</p><p><br/></p><p>Sara Pereira</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>For me , i think its obvious that the school is the main source of our stress,as a teenager i can tell that most of our problems are somehow related to school.</p><p>  From my point of view there isnt much we can do to help ourselves, i think we should just give it our best, at least to make our year worthy,even though it will probably make things more stressful.</p><p>  Still, making out with friends and doing the things we like and are passionate about can help a lot ,it wont make things disappear but it can help our mental health :)</p><p><br/></p><p>Maria S :}</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Every single teenager has gone or is going through many stress triggers. They can be related to academic pressure, insecurities, losing people you love, even something as simple as not getting a question right, and that's completely normal. But we still have to fight against it.</p><p><br></p><p>Don't get me wrong, I know it's not as easy as others may say, but if we just let the problems stay, they'll keep growing and growing until we can't do anything about it.</p><p>There are some solutions on how to help you deal with all these problems:</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p>Hanging out with friends, having someone to keep you company is great;</p></li><li><p>Working out, even for non-sporty people. Going for a walk or playing a sport you like can relieve your mind;</p></li><li><p>Doing activities that keep you at ease, like reading, drawing, painting, listening to music, etc...;</p></li><li><p>Last but not least, relaxation techniques.
