I should agree with Sophia. First of all, she/it is a robot and her mind is based on facts and some human thinking. I'm not very sure if she gain experience in her own way, but if she can she would think like her creators. Her creators should be some intelligent and clever people, so if her mind is based on their opinion she should have the right way of thinking.

In my own opinion, the humanoid is a rational being, made by its creator with the purpose to think on its own, solve problems, and makes its own decisions
It is a software, but it is made in a way that enables it to think outside of the box and have emotions but it will never be as perfect as a human.
