Previously, Mr. Christensen provided customer service support at two automobile dealerships in Illinois. His duties ranged from team supervision and customer communications to hiring mechanics. Earlier, Mr. Christensen spent more than 15 years in call center operations. As the vice president and general manager of ECI in Manning, Iowa, he facilitated the growth of its client base and support staff. As corporate accounts manager at Caleris in West Des Moines, Iowa, he created new leads, producing over $1 million in annual revenue. While living in Manning, he also served on the city council.
