         <description><![CDATA[<div>I do not recommend Atkins diet to teens because they're still growing there bodies and they need their carbs. But for adults I recommend it because their kidneys are much stronger and the body has finished growing, all though they have a higher chance of a heart attack.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Low carbs can cause serious kidney problems.  When there is low amount of carbs in the body, your body creates extra ketones, which are alternative fuel source (ketones are highly toxic). Atkins diet also can cause high cholesterol. which can lead to heart attacks. As a teen they might not have a heart attack but when they grow up the high cholesterol might resurface. Atkins diet also make the person feel tired and lazy. This is very bad for teenagers because they need to be FOCUSED for highschool.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>The Institute of Medicine recommends teenagers eat at least 130 grams of carbs per day.&nbsp; If they're active they need additional carbs. The Atkins diet say for 2 weeks have under 20 grams of carbs. That's almost 7 times less than the daily intake.</div>]]></description>
