         <description><![CDATA[<div>Heterogeneous groups of friends styles work well in some situations (trying to be more social, getting into a new group)<br><br>Sticking with other introverts can be comfortable and rewarding if they become lifelong relationships.<br><br>I'm sure alternating between these two types would be beneficial in the classroom.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think having a set time to be at/depart a large, potentially uncomfortable party (for an introvert)is a really good idea. I think most people deal with a tough, boundary pushing task like this better if they have a defined time they are working at it. It might also encourage them to use that party time "more wisely" to practice chatting/small talk to be more confident with it.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Wingman</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sometimes I think having a "wingman" can actually inhibit your interaction with new people at the party. Too often it feels like you cling to the person you arrived with and use them as a crutch rather than ripping the bandaid off and talking to someone new.<br><br>That being said, if you aren't making it to the event at all without a wingperson this is definitely the better alternative for someone looking to expand their social circle.</div>]]></description>
