      <description>As the principal of Collins Ijoma and Associates, Ltd., Collins Ijoma leads a firm that aims to improve court systems in Africa, South America, the Caribbean, and other regions around the world. He brings to this position more than three decades of experience with the Superior Court of New Jersey, where for nearly 20 years he maintained administrative oversight of the state’s largest trial court.

Collins Ijoma’s achievements over his career include helping to spearhead the creation of the Mid-Atlantic Association for Court Management and serving as president and board director of the National Association for Court Management. Today, he maintains status as a fellow of the Institute for Court Management.

Prior to beginning his career, Mr. Ijoma studied accounting and business administration as an undergraduate at New Jersey City University, graduating with his bachelor of science in 1980. He continued his studies at Seton Hall University, where he earned his master of science in public administration in 1982. Subsequently matriculating at Nova Southeastern University, he completed coursework toward a doctorate in public administration.</description>
