Accountability - You have to take ownership of what you do
Respect - Listen to each other, and don’t make the job difficult for each other, know when to be a friend and a prefect
Honesty - Ownership and be truthful about what you do
Approachable - Be friendly and easy to talk to
Willing to learn - Eager to listen to different opinions and views
Good listener - Hearing other people out, for advice/criticism  
Role models - Uphold ourselves to standards we want the rest of the house to hold themselves 
Integrity - empathetic and sticking to you morals 
Punctual - To make sure when there is a time or somewhere to be, then you make it there, to that location, on the time set
Retain relationships: We believe that it’s important for us as leaders and you as members of this house that we cherish our relationships in order to make roles and duties easier.
