1. Exposed to new ict  teaching skills from the ITTL training
2.The facillitors were skilled and well knowledgeable 
3.Facillitors were ably assisting participants whenever needed.
4.Participation was high by participants and were very eager to learn


Challenges Encountered
1. Un availability of steady network
2.Inadequate routers which had impact on supply of the network.
3.Content was too much against 4 days.


Wayforward
1. Provide adequate to supply enough net work for participants.
2. More days for the training to much the content.
