The functions of couplings are to connect shafts together to transmit power and disconnect shafts for maintenance easily. There are two types of couplings including flexible couplings and rigids couplings. Beam coupling is a typical of flexible coupling and sleeve-style coupling is the most common rigid coupling. Beam coupling is used when there is a slight misalignment, it can accommodate several degrees of shaft offset. The features of beam coupling is that it is cut in a spiral shape to reduce noise and unwanted vibration. The next, sleeve style coupling is used to maximize performance and efficiency of the machine and reduce wear on machine.

There are 5 types of gears: spur gear, rack and pinion, helical gear, bevel gears and worm gears. The fist, Spur gear is the simplest type of gear they has teeth projocting towards or away from the centre. It is used in low-speed applications, as it cannot control noise at high speed. The next, helical gear is similar to spur gear except that their teeth are cut in a spiral shape. It is used in high-speed applications, large power strasmission because it can control noise. Then, bevel gear is a gear that has a conical from to transmit rotational power through shafts at an angle, normally. Moreover, worm and worm gear is type of gears with put one continuous tooth. It pais with a worm gear to reduce speed. Finally, rack and pinion gear consist of a circular gear engaing a linear gear. It is used to covert rotational motion into linear motion.

Journal bearings has no rolling parts,it is a type of bearing that uses a lubricated sleeve. Rolling contact bearings has 4 main parts : Ball bearings, Straight roller bearings, tapered roller bearings, Thrust roller bearings. Ball bearing uses a spherical rolle .The function of it is used to support radial. Straight roller bearings use a cylindrical. it is used to support radial motion. Belt drive is one type of mechanical drive where motion and power are transferred from one shaft to another by means of friction between belt and pulleys mounted on each shaft. On the contrary, chain drive is one engagement type power transmission system that transmits motion and power by mains of successive chain with sprocket special toothed wheels. Chain is drive is most often made of metal, while belt is often rubber, plastic, urethane or other substances. Applications of open belt drive are flour mills, coolant, lubricant pump, AC,CAM shaft, alternator, lather machines and a lot of other machines, belt conveyors, etc. Chain drive is used in bicycle, motorcycles and textile machinery.

What is CAD and manual drafting?

Compare CAD and manual drafting (functions, advantages and disadvantages)
------------------------------
I would like to compare cad and manual drafting. Manual drafting is the practice of creating drawings by hand with pencil or ink on a media such as paper using drafting equipment. The problems of the manual drafting are these drawings are difficult to change or modify.we’ll be easy to misread because of ambiguity and drawing errors. And of course, this way will take a lot of time. Now we'll talk about CAD. Designing and changing models with cad are faster and easier than using traditional drafting. With CAD, designer don't need use paper to put their ideas solid shapes. CAD can product either 2D or 3D diagrams. CAD has the capability to generate the detailed drawings needed to start product manufacturing. Using CAD help reduce design time by allowing precise simulation rather than build and test physical prototypes. So, using CAD help save time, money and increase accuracy, efficiency. That's all about compare CAD and manual drafting.

First, this software can drawings 2-D or 3-D models and edit data, link data from various source. NX have view the object from any angle, even from the inside looking out and NX is used to create preliminary design and layouts. There are a lot of pros of using NX to design like fast and flexible. It's can create a very high level of control and reduce the companies mistakes and maximize productivity. This software track your product through every phase of the production cycle easily. In the future, we can save money and increase efficiency by using smart plastic coating on manufacturing components. And plastic is so convenient like shopping plastic bags, lightweight, cheap for packaging and wrappings. It's durable and resistant to all kinds of adverse outside factors like heavy rain, storms. Materials are turned on a machine called a lathe. Part of the materials is removed to make the correct shape. The guideways should be cleaned daily to avoid interruptions and control the line of motion of fluids. You need to inspect the oil level daily to ensure engine efficiency. If the oil level was low, your engine would overheat, leading to expensive repair. You should renew coolant to prevent damage, keep engine at the correct operating temperature, help it warm up quickly in cool weather and not get too when under stress. Renew oil need cleaning weekly to help the machine operate smoothly. If the engine oil changes are neglected, the internal parts of the machine will overheat and work ineffectively

Milling machines are among the most versatile. Usually they are used for milling flat surfaces, but they can also be used to machine complex profiled surfaces. Renew oil need cleaning weekly to help the machine operate smoothly. If the engine oil changes are neglected, the internal parts of the machine will overheat and work ineffectively. You need to inspect the oil level daily to ensure engine efficiency. If the oil level was low, your engine would overheat, leading to expensive repair. You had better clean the guideways every day to avoid interruptions and control the line of motion of fluids. The lubricate machinery need to be cleaned every 3-4 months to cut down on friction and heat.

------------------------------
Plastic is divided into seven types. They are polyethylene terephthalate (PET), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), low density polyethylene (LDPE), polypropylene ( PP ), polystyrene (PS) and others. PET that belongs to group member one is made out of polyethylene terephthalate. It holds the number one spot because of its widespread utility. It is mostly used for food and drink packaging purpose due to its oxygen prevention. Beverage bottles are among the main plastic items that come for PET. it has high mechanical strength, high tear and impact resistance, wear resistance and strong hardness. You can easily identify Polyethylene Terephthalate plastic by the number 1 symbol in the triangular "arrow", usually found on the bottom or side of the packaging. Also, PET bottles are the most widely recycled plastic in the word
