1. MOO allows for greater consistency in those practices that we can support our students. A common language as well as practice is helpful to our parents as well.
2. MOO will be something discussed with grade levels and departments. I'd love to come up with a list that we all can use and agree upon.
3. There are many data sources, including standardized test scores, student performance, and input from guidance and teachers. In addition, our current initiatives and how students are responding.

1. Our menu of options provide students with levels of appropriate support and helps us identify which students need our attention, and in what ways we can serve them. Having "a common language" is something we are working towards, but our leadership team believes in the value of developing this type of consistency.
2. We will talk about the 18-19 menu within our leadership team, visionary PLC, and grade level meetings. We will also share options with parents at curriculum night, and promote our programs through social media, flyers, etc.
3. We will use a variety of data sources, but rely most heavily on Mastery Connect and EWRS.

1. Having a menu of options allows all staff to be aware of how we respond to students' needs. I like the way that RCMS has their options shown! We will compile all grade levels and develop a similar graphic so that we can share with all stakeholders. I think this is beneficial to students who enroll. We often have questions that the guidance clerk may not be able to adequately respond to so I think it is good to have options listed in a succinct format.
2. I will promote the menu of options by working with the teacher leadership team as we begin conversations next month as we plan for the 2018-2019 school year.
3. Data is used from student survey results, anectodal conversations with parents, students and staff, staff and parent survey results, quarterly data reports ( attendance, grades, discipline), benchmark data results, classroom observations. In addition, GCS source meetings are used primarily as a tool for a record of interventions that are working and those that may not be successful with a particular student.
