Whilst Padlet is a great tool for you all as a team to access, I would have liked there to be some order to your entries. It is quite hard to follow this Padlet, some points have been repeated and it is not clear at what point you have made the entries and what you are responding to. The decision log pro forma that is in the study material file had 3 columns, feed number, action and rationale. I think you would have benefited from using these 3 categories in the presentation of this work.
