I currently run/lead a Security Team at a mall in CA. I’m already studying human behavior and their social settings just by being at work and observing my surroundings wherever I go. I want to take this class to get a deeper understanding of why people do the things they do and also try to find better and more effective ways de-escalate certain situations or high pressure issues at work or in my day to day life.
