What an inspirational video! Some of the greatest people that motivate me are my parents. They are always pushing me to do my best in school and in extracurricular activities, and they support me in all I do. I have found that having a support group around you is the best way to gain motivation and ask yourself, "Why not?"

This is a great video. I think the only mistake you can make in life is limiting yourself to your dreams. Our perspective of our future is so small and narrow that it often occludes possibilities that are appealing to us. We have a plan for our future, and we often disregard amazing opportunities that we don't consider as "our thing." There is no way to predict who you will be and what you will be like; you are along for the ride of life. See and do everything you can and explore as much as possible so that you don't get stuck living your dream.

This video is very profound, and definitely got me thinking about my life and what I can do with it. It is interesting to think about reasons why we shouldn't or can't do something, but honestly the only thing stopping us is ourselves. We have our whole life to do everything we want to, so we need to use it and spend it wisely. This was a great video, thank you for sharing Ethan!!

I think this is an excellent video for a Friday Inspiration. I believe that you should keep pushing yourself through life even if you believe you already did enough. I think the more you can do the more efficiently you can change your life and the world around.

Just like most of these videos, it is of course inspirational. I am in general not a fan of these cliche videos, but it does make a decent point. Limiting your abilities is never going to help you influence as many people as possible. Everyone has heard that you can do anything you want as long as you put in the work, but few people actually do this, myself included.

This was a really inspiring video. I like when he says that there is no better time than now to do something. This is really important to remember because I think a lot of people wait until the "perfect time" to start something, when there really is no perfect time other than now.

Great choice for this week's inspiration, Ethan! I admit, I ask myself more often the why questions rather than the why nots. Why bother getting out of bed today? Why should I make an effort studying for a test I know I won't do well on? I struggle with balancing my pessimistic and optimistic sides all the time. I needed this video to realize that the list of why nots is much longer than the whys.

This video was really different in the way it inspired us to do something, but it was really effective in motivating me. I like how he asked why we do so many things and take on so much responsibility, and that his answer was "why not?" I think that this is a great way to think about life and what we are going to accomplish with it. I think it's a good thing to stop and reflect "why?" every once in a while.

This is an interesting video. It seems to go along with the yesterday's video about the relation between success and effort. People are really adaptable. You can push yourself as far as you want and test the limits as to who you can become, there is nothing holding you back. What motives me to push myself is stories of other people's success. I specifically like the stories where somebody succeeded when all the odds were against them. For instance, a classic rags to riches story or even a handicapped person becoming an athlete.

Thanks for sharing this, Ethan. It's very inspiring and thought provoking. The questions posed in the video are truly worthwhile to ask yourself. I am most motivated by a sense of doing the right thing and improving myself. I am a bit competitive too, which tends to motivate me, but I am most competitive with myself, not necessarily others. It is definitely important and necessary to use our skills to influence and positively impact the world. I hope you all will go out and make a difference!
