In Russell Square there will be an ice rink, with food trucks and pop-up bars surrounding it. Russell Square will be covered by a large marquee to protect from the rain and there will be fairy lights scattered through the trees. There will also be falling snow and slopes for sledding.

Holly and Connie will be our journalists and publicise the event through press releases in the media.
We will use social media, such as Facebook to advertise this event as well.
There will be posters up around Perth City.
We will contact the businesses we want to participate such as birthday party hosts (to dress up as Frozen characters), food trucks, bars, a circus, an ice rink company, a falling snow company, a karaoke company, a puppet show company, musicians and a sleigh company.
These businesses can also advertise this event in community newspapers and through their own social media.
Eventbrite (where the tickets will be sold) promotes the event through search engines like google, their partners and their own site
Promoted in local community newspapers
The event will be promoted through a live radio broadcast on the day. Louis will present the broadcast through Curtin FM, which reaches more than 200,000 listeners each week. The broadcast will go live from the event and will encourage listeners to attend by offering spot prizes, giveaways and special offers.
