On average, my research group slept and average of 7.24 hours per night. This is a pretty large amount of sleep, especially for high school students.

Based on the statistics that I have gathered , there is no relationship between the amount of sleep you get and whether or not you remember your dreams. My experiment group had many different amounts of sleep time yet barely ever remembered their dreams. Not enough evidence to back up that there is a relationship between sleep length and remembering dreams.

My theory is that it is easier to remember our dreams when we our sleep time is limited. For example naps, I believe this amount of sleep is a lot easier and more efficient in remembering ones dreams.
